Last Tide: Aquatic Royale is an unusual first-person shooter, which focuses on the popular multiplayer battle royale mode. The action of this title takes place in the depths of the ocean players take on the role of fighting divers. The independent New Zealand studio Digital Confectioners is responsible for the creation of this production. Mechanics Last Tide: The Aquatic Royale is a first person shooter belonging to the battle royale sub-genre. Up to 100 players take part in the game everyone plays the role of divers fighting in the depths of the ocean. Weapons also behave differently. An additional element that adds variety to the battles are depth charges, which sometimes drop on the map. Their explosions cause confusion and can change the balance of power. Game modes Last Tide: Aquatic Royale offers online multiplayer mode only. Technical aspects Last Tide: The Aquatic Royale boasts attractive three-dimensional visuals. Underwater maps were made with great attention to detail and fit the atmosphere adopted by the creators. The interesting lighting system, illustrating how light behaves under water, also makes a positive impression.
