You are Cole Justice, retired ex secret service agent. You have given 28 years service for America, Great Britain and the United Nations. Trained by the US government you took part in major undercover missions through the eighties, and many people regard you as the best in the business. In the late nineties the American government cut CIA funding for specialist terrorist missions and Hydra was formally closed down. Damien Powers the head of Hydra refused to co-operate with the government and continued its mission and self funded the operation through arms deals, drug trafficking and smuggling. The Agency believe that in the last few years Hydra have developed Chemical & Biological Weapons that they are preparing to sell to terrorist organisations to threaten the world.
