But this time nobody has to go to fight the greedy company. The Ascent Group falls at the very beginning of the game in mysterious circumstances, which unlike it may seem is no reason to be happy. A society deprived of supervision and protection is at the mercy of bandits and small companies fighting each other. The main hero stands in their way, trying to discover the truth about the fall of The Ascent Group. MechanicsThe Ascent uses the classic isometric shooter scheme. So we are going through various locations full of enemies, which we are dealing with using a diverse arsenal. In the fight we have to take into account the size and weak points of our enemies in order to best lead the battle. For victories we receive valuable loot, including equipment and upgrades for our hero. Game modes The Ascent allows you to go through the campaign alone, but there is also the option to play with up to three friends in cooperation mode. Technical aspects Neon Giant studio used Unreal Engine 4 and typical dirty cyberpunk style. The graphics, although relatively realistic, are also slightly exaggerated in the style known from Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden.
