Dr. Kawashima's Body and Brain Exercises is a game produced by Namco Bandai's development team for users of the Kinect controller, who are close to the idea of "a healthy spirit in a healthy body". Players can work on their brain and be physically active at the same time. The set of several dozen mini-games contained in Dr. Kawashima's Body and Brain Exercises is based on an extremely popular training program in Japan, whose author neurobiologist Ryuta Kawashima encourages to perform simple exercises every day to improve memory, concentration and logical thinking skills. Developers, however, decided to take advantage of the innovative Xbox 360 console controller, enriching the fun with elements of physical exercise. When performing individual tasks, e.g. indicating the correct result of mathematical calculations, players have to show movement activity (kick the virtual ball, lay hands on the ball, etc.). The game offers two gameplay variants for one or more players respectively. Single player mode is a 10-minute test that allows you to determine the so-called "age of the brain".
