With time, the inhabitants start to demand access to services. In order to provide them, a number of strategic buildings, such as fire brigades and medical facilities, should also be located in the metropolitan area. An important aspect of the game is also the creation of an efficient road network. Residents will constantly move around the city, using cars and public transport. Traffic is affected by the time of day when more vehicles leave the streets at certain times. It is also important to take care of the city's finances. The players must balance the economy by imposing taxes and planning subsequent buildings accordingly.
